Alta Equipment Company, the largest equipment dealer in North America, is seeking a full-time Service Director for their Dorval, QC branch. The role involves leading the service team, ensuring daily operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and focusing on financial performance. Key responsibilities include promoting safety, fostering a customer-first culture, developing staff through training and mentoring, hiring and retaining technicians, overseeing service van operations, managing warranties, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, possess relevant management experience, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in computer systems (Hyster/Yale Contact Management, Sage Quest, PayTrace, Microsoft Office) is required.
