Service Advisor

Description:

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at our London location.

This position is being offered with an initial one-year term, with the possibility of continuing beyond that period as our business and team continue to grow.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be an important part of keeping our service department organized and our customers informed. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, parts, and management to schedule work, coordinate repairs, provide updates, and keep jobs moving through the shop.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers at the service counter
• Schedule repairs, maintenance, and service appointments
• Open and maintain service work orders
• Coordinate daily work between customers and technicians
• Communicate job details and priorities to technicians
• Keep customers updated on the status of their equipment
• Follow up with customers when repairs are completed
• Help track jobs from drop-off through completion
• Work closely with our parts department to keep repairs moving
• Ensure service information and documentation is accurate and complete
• Assist with warranty information and paperwork when required
• Help organize technician schedules and workload
• Assist with general service department duties as needed
