As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate, Sales, and Construction while helping shape the quality of talent that fuels Fusion Homes' continued growth.

This is more than a recruiting role. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and raises the bar. You'll combine sound judgment with strong execution, balancing pace with quality to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
