SAP is seeking a Senior Developer - Web and Mobile to join the SAP Analytics Cloud team in Vancouver. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation, cloud-based analytics platforms using cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud, Big Data, SAP HANA, and modern visualization tools.

As a Senior Developer, you will be an essential contributor to product architecture, design, and implementation, leading projects and mentoring junior team members. You will collaborate closely with product experts, UX designers, and architects to build high-performing, scalable, and user-focused web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate requirements with stakeholders and propose design and technology options.

• Architect, design, and implement new features ensuring performance, quality, and security.

• Collaborate closely with software developers, UX, QA, and product experts to ensure successful delivery.

• Debug and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high coding standards.

• Lead and mentor junior developers, reviewing designs and code contributions.

• Handle customer tickets by providing effective debugging and long-term fixes.

• Stay current on best practices and advancements in modern web and mobile technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Redux, Angular, Node.js).

• Experience leading development efforts and mentoring engineers.

• Solid understanding of architecture, system design, and performance optimization.

• 2+ years of experience in iOS mobile development is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience collaborating asynchronously with global teams.
