✅ 10+ years of enterprise technology delivery / transformation experience
✅ Strong Wealth Management and Transformation background
✅ Proven Scrum Master experience leading Agile ceremonies and delivery
✅ Vendor management, SOWs, governance, RAID, and dependency management
✅ Experience working closely with Product Owners and technology teams
✅ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile metrics, and reporting tools
✅ CSM, SAFe, PMP, or PMI-ACP certifications are an asset
