Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAS CI Consultant to play a key role in the design and deployment of customer-centric solutions across complex ecosystems. This individual will advise clients on SAS CI integration strategies, lead technical discovery sessions, and drive implementation plans aligned with business goals. The role blends hands-on technical development with strategic consulting across a wide range of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer experience solutions leveraging SAS Customer Intelligence (CI).
- Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
- Develop integration workflows using APIs, microservices, and data orchestration tools.
- Analyze data environments and recommend technical strategies for audience segmentation and campaign execution.
- Build and optimize queries using advanced SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Collaborate with client teams to align tech solutions with broader enterprise architecture.
- Prepare technical documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support team members during all phases of solution delivery, from design to post-deployment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAS CI platforms.
- Proficient in SQL, with additional experience in Python or Java.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and communicate clearly with business and IT stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements when necessary.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with UNIX/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Broader exposure to platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform, or Unica.
- Understanding of how systems interconnect to deliver end-to-end personalization.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
