Description:
The Senior Project Manager in this roe will lead the delivery of critical Cybersecurity Unification initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in integrating and standardizing cybersecurity capabilities across the organization, supporting our seamless transition to a single, unified operating model with harmonized processes, cutting-edge technology, and robust governance.
Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Execution: Spearhead delivery across cybersecurity unification workstreams—including governance, tooling consolidation, identity, SOC, and engineering. Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across cross-functional teams.
- Cybersecurity & Technology Integration: Coordinate the standardization of cybersecurity processes and tools. Drive unification across key domains including IAM (Identity and Access Management), SOC (Security Operations Center), DevSecOps, and Risk & Compliance, aligning closely with target-state architectures.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement: Partner directly with Cybersecurity leadership, enterprise technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive critical decisions. Facilitate workshops, decision forums, and executive alignment sessions.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain project governance, robust reporting structures, and controls. Track progress against milestones and risks, delivering high-level program summaries for Steering Committees (SteerCo).
- Risk & Dependency Management: Navigate complex interdependencies across identity, ITSM, CMDB, and foundational technologies. Proactively mitigate risks tied to tooling, vendor dependencies, and integration sequencing while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Operating Model Transformation: Drive consensus on target-state architecture and working models, standardizing policies and frameworks to transition the business toward centralized tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise-scale integration initiatives.
- Strong domain familiarity across core cybersecurity pillars such as IAM, SOC, DevSecOps, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-team transformation programs within large corporate environments.

- Direct experience handling large-scale corporate transformations, mergers/integrations, and operating model changes.

- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Project Management Designation: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
- Industry Certifications (Bonus): Relevant cybersecurity or governance certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or Scrum Master/Agile certifications) are highly advantageous.
