  • Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement: Partner directly with Cybersecurity leadership, enterprise technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive critical decisions. Facilitate workshops, decision forums, and executive alignment sessions.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain project governance, robust reporting structures, and controls. Track progress against milestones and risks, delivering high-level program summaries for Steering Committees (SteerCo).
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Navigate complex interdependencies across identity, ITSM, CMDB, and foundational technologies. Proactively mitigate risks tied to tooling, vendor dependencies, and integration sequencing while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
  • Operating Model Transformation: Drive consensus on target-state architecture and working models, standardizing policies and frameworks to transition the business toward centralized tools and platforms.
