Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the expansion of the compensation consulting practice in Toronto and across Canada.

• Influence strategic direction through client management and business development.

• Develop innovative compensation strategies that align with client and firm objectives.

• Analyze market data & trends to adjust compensation models and guide decision-making.

• Inspire and mentor a diverse team to drive performance and foster a collaborative work culture.

• Represent Normandin Beaudry with professionalism and integrity in client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 20+ years of experience in broad-based compensation consulting.
✔ Strong business acumen with proven expertise in networking & strategic partnerships.
✔ Deep knowledge of compensation strategy development and high-level client management.
✔ Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams towards excellence.
✔ Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills in complex situations.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Finance, Economics), or a related field.
✔ Professional designation (CHRP or equivalent) is a plus.
