Description:
Reporting to the President, we are hiring a Senior Marketing Growth Specialist to play a key role in how Genuine Comfort shows up in the market, communicates its value proposition, and drives measurable revenue growth within our core customer segments. As part of the Revenue Team, you will work closely with the Directors of Sales & Marketing in Canada and the U.S., as well as the Ecommerce Manager and Product leadership, to execute marketing initiatives that support customer engagement, sales enablement, and business performance.
In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of marketing execution across campaigns, product launches, content, and promotional initiatives, ensuring work is delivered with consistency, speed, and commercial impact. We are looking for someone with a strong ROI mindset who understands how to capture what matters most to the industry, translate value propositions into clear and effective messaging, and communicate that message consistently over time to drive measurable results and qualified demand. Success in this role is not defined by graphic design perfection, but by the ability to execute marketing that is aligned to revenue objectives, strengthens market positioning, and contributes directly to customer conversion and business growth.
This role is based in Markham, Ontario, and follows a 4 days in office / 1 day remote structure.
What’s in it for you
Ownership. You will lead Genuine Comfort’s internal marketing execution, helping transition the function from an outsourced agency model into a fully embedded, high-accountability capability. Your work will directly shape how the brand is positioned, communicated, and perceived in the market.
Growth and exposure. You will work closely with the President and Sales & Marketing leadership, gaining visibility into commercial strategy, product direction, and revenue priorities. As the company and marketing function evolve, this role offers the opportunity for expanded ownership and broader leadership responsibility over time.
Impact. In this highly visible role, your decisions, speed, and quality of execution will directly influence customer engagement, sales performance, and growth. You will see how product strategy, sales execution, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns connect in real time and play a central role in strengthening that alignment across the business and driving measurable demand generation outcomes.
What you will do
Own marketing execution and campaign delivery end-to-end. You will translate marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across channels. This includes creating & managing the quarterly marketing calendar, coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholders, and ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and tied to clear performance outcomes. You ensure marketing activity is structured, sequenced, and measurable rather than fragmented or reactive. You are accountable for ensuring campaigns generate awareness, engagement, and qualified demand aligned to revenue priorities.
Drive revenue-aligned marketing and sales enablement. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing output directly supports pipeline and revenue needs. You develop and maintain core sales materials including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and campaign assets. You participate in revenue team discussions to stay aligned with market feedback and adjust execution priorities as needed, ensuring sales teams are consistently equipped with effective, conversion-focused tools. You ensure marketing directly supports lead generation, deal progression, and customer conversion.
Own content creation, digital presence and ecommerce support. You will manage the creation and distribution of content that communicates the Genuine Comfort value proposition across digital channels. This includes oversight of the website, Google Business profile, LinkedIn presence, and campaign content. You will also work with the Ecommerce marketing manager to support growth of the PTAC4Less platform through email, SMS, landing pages, and promotional campaigns focused on engagement and conversion. You support the execution of digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads across channels.
Maintain marketing discipline, measurement, and reporting. You will track and report on campaign performance, ensuring activity is tied to clear metrics and ROI indicators. You maintain CRM and email list hygiene, and ensure marketing data is structured for decision-making. You also coordinate across internal stakeholders and external partners where needed, bringing consistency, structure, and momentum to all marketing activity across the business. You ensure all marketing activity is measurable, performance-driven, and continuously improved based on outcomes and conversion data.
What you bring
Execution strength and operational discipline. You have operated in fast-paced marketing environments where you are responsible for both execution and coordination. You are comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once, maintaining high attention to detail, and delivering consistent output with minimal oversight. You ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong follow-through across all marketing activities.
Commercial and revenue-oriented mindset. You understand that marketing exists to drive business outcomes. You are comfortable working across the full spectrum of strategy and execution, translating direction into campaigns and ensuring marketing activity is tied to conversion, demand generation, and revenue impact rather than creative output alone.
Experience in product or channel-driven environments. You have worked in environments where marketing supports physical products, distribution channels, or multi-market sales organizations. You understand how to translate product value into market demand and how marketing integrates with broader sales and commercial strategies.
Strong stakeholder and digital capability. You are confident working with senior leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving priorities. You also have practical digital marketing fluency across CRM systems, email platforms, CMS tools, LinkedIn, and light design tools such as Canva, enabling you to operate effectively across channels without needing deep specialization.
