Description:

The Canadian Cancer Society seeks a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Digital Fundraising to lead and innovate their digital revenue streams. This hybrid position plays a vital role in directing digital fundraising strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing conversion performance to grow online donor engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national digital fundraising initiatives and annual strategic planning

  • Create and test scalable donor conversion strategies using A/B testing and analytics

  • Oversee paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and eCommerce optimizations

  • Manage vendor relationships, develop campaign briefs, and track KPIs across digital platforms

  • Align fundraising efforts with internal stakeholders for content, creative, and web asset delivery

  • Analyze donor behavior and identify emerging trends for innovation

  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, donor journeys, CMS, analytics, and web optimization tools

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, AIO, SXO, and digital ROI metrics

  • Leadership experience in digital fundraising or eCommerce

  • Fluency in English; French bilingualism is a plus

  • Understanding of the non-profit landscape in Canada is an asset
