Description:
The Canadian Cancer Society seeks a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager, Digital Fundraising to lead and innovate their digital revenue streams. This hybrid position plays a vital role in directing digital fundraising strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing conversion performance to grow online donor engagement and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead national digital fundraising initiatives and annual strategic planning
Create and test scalable donor conversion strategies using A/B testing and analytics
Oversee paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and eCommerce optimizations
Manage vendor relationships, develop campaign briefs, and track KPIs across digital platforms
Align fundraising efforts with internal stakeholders for content, creative, and web asset delivery
Analyze donor behavior and identify emerging trends for innovation
Foster a high-performance, inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, donor journeys, CMS, analytics, and web optimization tools
Experience with SEO, SEM, AIO, SXO, and digital ROI metrics
Leadership experience in digital fundraising or eCommerce
Fluency in English; French bilingualism is a plus
Understanding of the non-profit landscape in Canada is an asset
