DogPack is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in PHP Laravel to join their growing team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be thoroughly familiar with the latest developments in the PHP Laravel framework and capable of independently driving projects from concept to deployment.

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with both local and offshore teams, coordinating effectively and communicating professionally to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires a strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your typical work schedule will include four days in-office from Monday to Thursday, with Friday as a work-from-home day, offering a flexible yet structured work setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using PHP Laravel.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Laravel features, best practices, and industry trends.

• Independently manage project tasks and deliverables while collaborating with team members.

• Coordinate seamlessly with local and offshore developers, ensuring clear communication and timely project progress.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and reliability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of DogPack’s platform and future initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with PHP Laravel framework and related technologies.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
