Senior Financial Analyst

IFG – International Financial Group is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing organization known for its operational excellence and national presence. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes while contributing to business decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insights. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing monthly and year-end close processes, preparing consolidated financial statements, and driving process improvements across the finance function.

Your role will involve leading full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in operations, supply chain, and corporate finance. You will provide valuable variance analysis, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensure compliance with IFRS or ASPE standards. A strong command of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards will be essential, along with advanced Excel skills to manage complex data and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA or CA designation (or be in the process of completion), at least 5 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience, and a proven track record in financial consolidations, reconciliations, and audit support. Strong communication skills are required, as you will frequently present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
