Required Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or STEM)
• A minimum of 4 years related work experience in a top-tier professional services firm or in a strategic finance role with a major corporation
• Expert level Excel skills, including using pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMPRODUCT)
• Expert level PowerPoint skills, including storyboarding and creation of compelling data visualizations
• Outstanding research and data analytics skills, quantitative aptitude, and attention to detail
• Highly organized and self-directed working style which is focused on results
• Expert fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience presenting/communicating confidently to senior executive
   

Preferred Experience/Skills:
 

• MBA, CFA, Master of Finance or Master of Data Science / Data Analytics
• Master of Accountancy, CPA or Chartered Accountant helpful but not required
• Working knowledge of typical financial activities and processes
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI
• Some experience providing coaching to junior team members
