Description:

Deloitte is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Finance Senior Consultant to join its dynamic Consulting team. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive ERP and finance expertise who want to design and deliver impactful solutions for clients across multiple industries.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, model them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and design creative solutions to meet unique requirements. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing Finance and Operations modules, leading workshops with key stakeholders, and delivering documentation to ensure smooth project execution. The role also includes building internal tools and assets, improving delivery processes, and staying up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business needs and model processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, including at least one full F&O deployment.

  • Design and customize ERP solutions to meet client requirements, while leveraging industry best practices.

  • Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders and provide comprehensive business requirement and design documentation.

  • Contribute to Deloitte’s internal tools, methodologies, and delivery processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Train and mentor team members to build expertise and ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions.

  • Travel across Canada for projects, with possible U.S. travel (asset).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/Finance and Operations.

  • Strong finance domain expertise (mandatory).

  • Proven record of leading at least one end-to-end F&O implementation.

  • Strong skills in business requirement documentation and design documentation.

  • Excellent facilitation skills and experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders.

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

  • For Quebec-based roles: Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required due to client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $138,000 per year, with bonus eligibility. Deloitte’s Total Rewards Package includes:
