Senior Compensation Analyst

 

Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide professional research, analytics, and technical support within a Compensation Advisory function.

• The role focuses on delivering high-quality compensation insights, supporting compensation program design, and partnering with business stakeholders to implement effective compensation strategies.

• This position supports Business Banking and Chief Operations Office portfolios, contributing to compensation planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end market intelligence processes including research, employee job matching, data validation, and presentation of findings

• Prepare detailed compensation analytics, models, and reports for cyclical and ad hoc projects

• Support development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation policies and programs

• Provide data-driven compensation recommendations backed by market intelligence and equity analysis

• Monitor external market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with advisors and stakeholders to deliver business-focused research and analysis

• Assist in compensation plan design, approvals, and process enhancements

• Ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and ownership of assigned deliverables

 

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in compensation analysis or related HR/analytics roles

• Hands-on experience with market intelligence cycles and compensation data interpretation

• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment

• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

 

Skillsets:

• Advanced Excel skills (super user level required)

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets

• Experience supporting compensation analysis and plan design

• Understanding of market intelligence data and compensation benchmarking

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present insights effectively

• Process improvement mindset with ability to enhance workflows and efficiency
