Description:

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., a leading independent renewable energy producer with over 30 years of expertise in hydroelectric facilities, wind farms, solar farms, and energy storage, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business and Systems Analyst – Procurement to join their team. This role plays a crucial part in managing and evolving Oracle Fusion ERP supply chain modules and providing functional support to procurement and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Oracle Fusion ERP procurement modules and collaborate with stakeholders to define system vision and project plans.

• Analyze and translate business requirements into effective system solutions with Oracle Fusion.

• Configure systems, conduct regression testing, and coordinate necessary changes.

• Provide functional support, manage incidents, and assist users with inquiries.

• Develop and deliver training plans to facilitate user adoption.

• Promote best practices, identify value-added solutions, and lead their deployment.

• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and ensure technological advancements.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of ERP system management experience with a focus on procurement/finance (Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM).

• University degree or equivalent experience in procurement.

• Knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and expense report modules.

• Oracle Fusion certification and business analysis certification are assets.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is an asset.

• Experience in both traditional and agile ERP project management is advantageous.
