Senior Associate

 

Description:

As a Senior Associate on the New Verticals team, you will support the identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities from “zero to one” and “one to ten”. You will contribute to strategic analyses, work directly with clients, assist in project management, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Launching and Scaling New Verticals:
 

  • Support the execution and scaling of new products by coordinating cross-functional efforts (Product, Eng, GTM, Ops, CS), tracking progress, and managing key deliverables
  • Work directly with clients to analyze their workflows and goals to support successful launch and adoption of new products
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to help drive product feature development and GTM success
  • Assist in the development of GTM strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning
     

Strategic Project Execution
 

  • Support the creation and management of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track progress against success metrics and ensure successful growth and adoption of new product lines

Requirements
 

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments
  • High performance ranking/marks in previous jobs
  • Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic settings
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Evidence of entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week
