As a Senior Art Director, you will serve as a key creative problem solver, turning concepts into memorable campaigns that resonate with audiences. This position demands not only strong design skills but also strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership in ensuring creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze briefs, participate in client meetings, and conduct research to uncover insights that fuel powerful creative solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, and Production teams to transform strategies into compelling campaigns.

• Confidently present ideas to clients, gaining buy-in and ensuring creative vision is executed effectively.

• Develop creative concepts across broadcast, digital, print, social, and experiential platforms, ensuring brand consistency and modern appeal.

• Mentor and guide junior art directors and creative team members, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in creative agencies specializing in art direction.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work (portfolio link must be included in resume).

• Excellent storytelling, conceptualization, and presentation abilities.

• Strong design aesthetic with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

• Up-to-date with pop culture, design, technology, and lifestyle trends.
