Seasonal Sales Associate

Description:

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to support store operations during peak seasons, such as summer or holidays. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The Seasonal Sales Associate maximizes customer satisfaction through product knowledge, operational support, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers (“Athletes”).

• Suggest apparel and footwear based on customer needs and preferences.

• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about Under Armour products.

• Meet sales and KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager.

2. Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

• Perform front- and back-of-store duties, including stocking, straightening, and cleaning.

• Execute operational and cash processes according to training.

• Follow Under Armour policies, dress code, and attendance standards.

3. Team Collaboration & Self-Growth

• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals.

• Take initiative for personal development and seize growth opportunities.

• Serve as a Stock Specialist in the absence of the designated associate.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in CA).

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kgs and move freely throughout the store.

• Comfortable using technology such as computers, handheld, and mobile devices.

• Fluency in local language; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
