WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Take inventory of all OLG owned assets (merchandise, terminal peripherals, etc.) and update appropriate inventory logs
• Review retailer insider lists with retailers and make necessary edits
• Replace, repair, clean and/or install new merchandise as required.
• Review inventory of on hand instant tickets and ensure retailer is displaying current product and returning expired games
• Handle store level inquiries and complaints to ensure swift resolution.
• Provide training to retailers on new processes, procedures, rules and regulations, sales promotions and contests, new product offerings to create awareness and ensure compliance to guidelines
• Run Ambassador Programs to engage and educate customers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Working towards a university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, customer service or related field
• General knowledge of retail environment and customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, GeoMapping, and CRM (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and inventory management
• Ability to travel frequently (sometimes overnight) within Ontario; ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Licenses, Registrations, Certificates: Must have a valid G or G2 Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driving record
