Evertreen, a company focused on sustainable environmental impact through tree planting and carbon offset projects, is currently hiring a Sales Specialist (Especialista en Ventas) to join their fully remote team operating across Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainability, business growth, and partnership development. The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue through new business acquisition and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and engaging with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.

  • Present and promote Evertreen’s environmental services and tree-planting initiatives to prospective clients.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is likely beneficial given the job title language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sustainability-focused sectors or with environmental services is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
