Natco Pharma (Canada) Inc., a subsidiary of Natco Pharma Limited, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join its team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The company is a globally recognized pharmaceutical manufacturer known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of generic pharmaceutical products and supporting new product launches, while fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

As part of a highly respected and vertically integrated pharmaceutical company, the Sales Representative will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Ontario, and play a key role in expanding Natco’s footprint in the Canadian market. This is a client-facing role ideal for a self-driven professional with a proven track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales and a passion for patient-centered service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Natco’s generic pharmaceutical products across the GTA.

• Promote new product launches to physicians, pharmacists, and clinics.

• Support the rollout and ongoing implementation of patient support programs in collaboration with specialty clinics.

• Build and maintain strong, successful relationships with customers including healthcare providers and pharmacists.

• Represent Natco Pharma at trade shows and corporate branding events.

• Perform other related duties as required by evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the GTA.

• Proven ability to manage and grow physician and pharmacy accounts.

• Prior involvement in implementing and supporting patient support programs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a safe, reliable vehicle.

• Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented sales professional.
