Description:
Currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling pre-construction properties exclusively, as the Company specializes in new homes and condos sales. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of sales expertise and a real estate license.
Responsibilities:
● Sell pre-construction properties to potential buyers.
● Utilize company-generated leads and AI technology to maximize sales opportunities.
● Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
● Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the real estate industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
● Valid real estate license.
● Minimum of 3 years consecutive experience in pre-construction sales.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
● Must pass reference checks, and this will include RECO.
