Sales and Product departmental overview
The Sales department is responsible for short term and long term sales planning for Jaguar Land Rover Canada, monthly Vehicle Incentives, as well as vehicle distribution across the Canadian Retailer Network. The candidate will be working directly with the Incentives Manager, Distribution Manager and Sales / Distribution Analysts.

The Product Planning team is responsible for all the current and future Product Planning & Pricing of the Jaguar and Land Rover models. The candidate will be working directly with the Product Planning Managers.

What you will be doing:

Sales Department assistance Items (45%):

 

  • Competitive research and analysis for monthly/quarterly Retail Program Incentive analysis
  • Vehicle specification adjust comparisons for monthly/quarterly Retail Program Incentive analysis
  • Managing Partners email and the assignment of PIN's for JLR Partners Program
  • Updating competitive files with current residuals and incentives
  • Managing dealer credits for retail operations - creating monthly templates for assigned vehicles
  • Investigating Retailer Claims for incentive monies not received
  • Uploading department invoices to Sharepoint and ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time (Sales, Marketing & Public Relations)
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly presentation slides using various sales reports
  • Provide assistance with the preparation of sales reports
