Description:

This full-time role of Sales Producer is hybrid role based in Courtice, ON. The Sales Producer will focus on identifying and serving the insurance needs of customers by effectively communicating the benefits of Wellcare’s insurance products. Key responsibilities include cultivating leads, providing tailored insurance solutions, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate records, and staying abreast of industry trends to suggest optimal products and services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance products and the ability to recommend tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate insurance product benefits to customers.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing client concerns and building long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and relationship management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training clients or colleagues on insurance products or processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in using relevant software tools.
• An active insurance license with minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience
