Sales Negotiator

 

Description:

EquiShield Financial, a rapidly growing Canadian financial services company helping homeowners access payment relief solutions, is hiring a full-time expert negotiator. This commission-only position requires handling backend communication with financial institutions, managing client cases, and driving successful outcomes under pressure. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client cases and communicate with financial institutions

  • Submit documents, follow up persistently, and escalate when necessary

  • Push files through using effective negotiation strategies

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful deal closure

  • Actively negotiate, not just forward emails

Requirements:

  • Experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial negotiation

  • Proven ability to escalate, follow up, and achieve results

  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)

  • Organized, self-managed, and results-driven

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Training Provided:

  • In-depth training on the company’s internal process, lender expectations, and documentation flow

  • Learn negotiation techniques using proven systems

Commission Structure:

  • $900 CAD per successfully closed file (30% of flat fee)

  • Paid promptly after client payment

  • Consistent weekly deal flow—no cold calling or client hunting
