THE ROLE:

Sales Growth Specialist - Business Development and Hunter

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to spearhead our business development efforts and drive new sales opportunities. This role encompasses three critical components: (i) Sales Lead, (ii) Business Development, and (iii) Hunter. As the Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals to fuel our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Take charge of our sales by being self driven to achieving ambitious revenue targets, through direct reach out campaigns, cold calls and other creative solutions. Drive exceptional performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, tapping into untapped markets and potential clients. Conduct market research, assess industry trends, and develop strategies to position our products/services for optimal success.
  • Hunter Mentality: Demonstrate a relentless drive and hunger for success, constantly seeking out new prospects and expanding our customer base. Be proactive in seeking new sales leads and opportunities through various channels.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall growth objectives. Identify key growth areas and tailor approaches to penetrate markets effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Develop compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the value of our products/services. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals with potential clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and hunting roles.
  • Strong ability to be self-driven, work independently with minimal supervision and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
  • Experience in the IT managed services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written english grammar, speaking and fluency. You will be speaking with highly educated professionals and providing proposals for them to review.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products (i.e. word, powerpoint, excel)
  • Ability to be a fast learner, ask questions and calculate gross margin, profits, and revenues of various services to price these properly with minimum supervision.
  • Strong human skills (empathy, kindness, integrity, excellent listener) and maintain high levels of client confidentiality. All successful candidates will go through an in-depth background and criminal check.
  • Strong attention to detail in preparing pitch decks, proposals and other marketing and sales documents.
