Description:
Alberta Business Loans (ABL) is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative to support one of its client companies specializing in new residential construction windows and doors. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a growing organization serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a track record of generating new business and building long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and developers. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow through on new business opportunities within the new construction market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including project managers and general contractors.
Conduct on-site visits to accurately measure and quote windows and doors.
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
Remain informed of current industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records using CRM software and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and industry networking functions.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside sales, ideally in windows, doors, or related building materials.
Solid understanding of new construction processes and building codes.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
