Sales Executive

Description:

PointClickCare, a leader in cloud-based healthcare software across North America, is hiring an Account Executive, Revenue Growth. The role focuses on expanding revenue opportunities within the existing customer base by introducing new products and strengthening customer relationships. You’ll work closely with SDRs and Sales Executives under an enabling leadership style that supports your success.

You will manage a territory covering North/South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This role is remote but includes regular travel to client sites and conferences.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and closing new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts

• Conducting outbound sales and lead generation activities

• Post-launch collaboration with Customer Success to ensure ongoing value delivery and upselling opportunities

• Managing moderate to complex sales transactions and resolving operational issues

• Working on high-value strategic accounts and assisting in training other sales reps

• Designing and executing strategic business plans for revenue growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in sales or customer service; software industry experience is a bonus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales

• Post-secondary diploma/degree

• Ability to manage CRM data, multitask, and work independently

• Strong team spirit, collaborative mindset, and high organizational skills

• Base salary and commissions with on-target earnings of $144,000 - $155,000 CAD annually
