The Wine Shop is seeking a professional, passionate Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, providing product information, merchandising, light cleaning, handling cash, and maintaining a safe work environment. Employees are expected to demonstrate customer service excellence, teamwork, and contribute positively to the store culture.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence

• Smart Serve Certification

• Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to lift 40lbs regularly

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset
