You will become a brand Ambassador, a promoter of a healthy active lifestyle and fan or participant in the game of hockey.

Key Responsibilities
 

• You will understand our customers and their needs, help them, and answer their complaints calmly and professionally.
• Answer phone calls.
• Ensure the store's cleanliness is up to our standards.
• Most importantly, you will help us build relationships!
   

Required Education And Skills
 

• A high school or post-secondary education is preferred.
• Knowledge of hockey is essential
• Great communication skills
• Previous retail experience is an asset
