Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the management team execute on our medium and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans for our team to enable achieving monthly and annual goals.
  • Contribute ideas to and participate in the development and implementation of the dealership’s marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Manage and ensure proper use of the company CRM system is a must.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our valued clients to further promote the dealership’s brand within the market.
  • Help support an exceptional client experience.
  • Help ensure that all related paperwork is completed on time and accurately
  • Lead, demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment ensuring that all safety standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented and followed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
