Labatt Breweries of Canada, a historic leader in the Canadian brewing industry, is actively seeking a Sales and Merchandising Representative to join its team in Toronto, ON. This is a full-time, on-site contract position ideal for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals aiming to build a future in sales and brand merchandising. The role comes with growth potential and a pathway toward a Business Development Representative role within the company.
This opportunity is centered around bringing Canada’s most iconic beer brands to life at the retail level. Through in-store displays, event activations, and promotional campaigns, you will directly impact consumer engagement while gaining hands-on experience in the beverage and sales industry. The successful candidate will play an essential role in executing Labatt’s marketing initiatives, supporting regional campaigns, and maintaining visual brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain product displays and marketing materials at retail outlets.
Represent Labatt’s portfolio at events such as concerts, festivals, launch parties, and trade shows.
Support the execution of regional promotional campaigns and merchandising efforts.
Attend and participate in brand activation and experience promotions.
Create and implement effective route-to-market strategies for clients, including restaurants, bars, and retail chains.
Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse customer base through consistent in-person merchandising visits.
Take accountability for a portfolio of customers and ensure high-quality execution of merchandising standards.
