Labatt Breweries of Canada, a leading and historic Canadian brewer, is hiring a Sales and Merchandising Representative for their Ottawa region. This entry-level, full-time contract role offers the use of a company vehicle and opportunities for career growth within one of Canada's top beer companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandising Labatt’s beer brands through product and marketing display setup.

• Supporting customer promotions and participating in events such as concerts, festivals, bar/restaurant launches, and trade shows.

• Ensuring merchandising tools and promotional materials are optimized across sales channels.

• Assisting with regional sales and marketing activations.

• Organizing and participating in brand experience promotions.

• Developing route-to-market plans for clients including restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Labatt’s network of customers.

• Managing a portfolio of customers with in-person merchandising visits.

• Preparing for advancement into a Business Development Representative role by expanding sales and industry knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full, unrestricted driver’s license.

• Availability for full-time work on a flexible schedule.

• Post-secondary education (mandatory).

• Passion for working with diverse groups and building relationships.

• Assertive, self-motivated, and leadership-oriented.

• Ability to take direction with strong problem-solving skills.
