Precision Record Pressing, one of North America’s leading vinyl record manufacturers, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join its dynamic team in Oakville, Ontario. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with major music label clients, managing projects from inquiry to completion while ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.

Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries from major music label accounts.
Prepare and send accurate sales quotations using Precision’s in-house software.
Accept new orders, process documentation, and coordinate project workflows.
Provide proactive customer service by offering project updates, guidance, and troubleshooting throughout the production process.
Collaborate closely with internal departments — production, logistics, and quality control — to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Identify and resolve potential challenges that could impact timelines or quality.
Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Perform additional administrative or project support duties as assigned.
Primarily an office-based role involving prolonged desk work and computer usage.
Requires visual acuity for reviewing documents, data analysis, and digital communication.
Occasional lifting of cartons up to 30 lbs.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or project coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite) applications.
Strong initiative, work ethic, and ability to achieve consistent, sustainable results.
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a commitment to process efficiency.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Annual salary of CAD 61,500 (CAD 5,125 monthly).
