Description:
Connect6 Group is seeking motivated and dynamic Event Sales Representatives to join its growing team in partnership with TELUS, a leading wireless services provider. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Etobicoke, ON, where representatives will conduct direct-to-consumer marketing and sales at both large and small events.
As an Event Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, promoting TELUS products and services, and ensuring strong brand representation. The role requires converting leads into sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries, offering tailored solutions, maintaining accurate customer records, and managing grievances to protect the company’s reputation.
Successful candidates will be sales-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a willingness to learn product details and sales techniques. Prior sales experience is essential, and previous experience selling home security products will be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers at events to promote and sell products and services.
Efficiently convert leads into sales opportunities.
Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the company database.
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring positive experiences and brand loyalty.
Deliver consistent performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven prior sales experience with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in home security product sales is a plus.
Full-time availability for the entire year.
Ability to represent TELUS positively as a brand ambassador.
Compensation & Benefits:
CAD 18/hour + commission (average earnings CAD 23/hour).
Minimum guaranteed pay per shift.
