As a Brand Ambassador – Experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering an engaging customer journey that embodies the warmth, craftsmanship, and authenticity of Canada Goose. You will help customers find the right products through expert knowledge, drive sales performance, and foster brand loyalty by developing meaningful customer relationships. Your primary goal is to provide a world-class in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a superior customer service experience that embodies “Canadian Warmth.”

• Provide expert product recommendations that meet customers’ needs.

• Demonstrate strong selling behaviours that increase sales conversion and units per transaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury or high-volume environment.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Experience with premium or luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel).

• Additional language proficiency is an asset.
