Victoria’s Secret & Co., a Fortune 500 specialty retailer, is seeking a Selling Associate for its Toronto Eaton Centre location. The role focuses on driving store sales and providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating extensive product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Floor:

• Drive sales and store growth through personal customer interactions

• Engage proactively with customers and respond effectively to cues

• Provide guidance for perfect bra fitting and upsell promotions

Cash Wrap:

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the Point of Sale

• Reinforce customer buying decisions and encourage additional purchases

• Recover and organize cash wrap selling zone and “go-backs”

Processing and Replenishment:

• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and maintain back stock

• Replenish merchandise to brand standards and assist in mark-downs, re-ticketing, and stock processes

Floorset Activity:

• Execute floorset procedures accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards

• Support backroom and under-stock organization for efficient replenishment

General Responsibilities:

• Drive top-line store sales and support the “Best at Bras” culture

• Prepare for each shift with awareness of promotions and procedures

• Recover and replenish merchandise for availability on the sales floor

• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

• Contribute to loss prevention and a safe work environment

• Build loyalty through the Rewards Program

• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals preferred
