Description:

Bath & Body Works, a leading specialty retailer of fragrances, body care, and home products, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates for its Scarborough Town Centre location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences, connecting with customers, and driving sales in a high-energy retail environment.

As the face of Bath & Body Works, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, demonstrate products, and create memorable shopping experiences that align with the company’s values and brand image. Duties include delivering outstanding customer service, operating the cash register efficiently, replenishing stock, supporting store visual merchandising, assisting with floorset changes, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting (10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally). Associates are expected to uphold all company safety guidelines, maintain policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
