Retail Merchandiser

Description:

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co, part of Acosta Group, is looking for a Merchandiser to join its retail team in Antigonish, NS. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and involves working with renowned brands such as Studio (Movies), Château, Nespresso, Voortman, BIC, Danone, Lego, Freshpet, and Smuckers. As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal product placement, implementing planograms, and maintaining positive relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and visually appealing placement of products on shelves.

• Regularly update product prices according to inventory and market conditions.

• Install and maintain promotional displays and materials.

• Execute planogram changes to optimize product visibility.

• Foster strong relationships with store employees and managers.

• Report on completed tasks and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Availability Monday to Friday, 2–3 days per week between 7 am–5 pm (flexible hours).

• Prior merchandising experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills (written & oral) and access to a mobile device with internet.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: 16.00 CAD per hour.

• $1 in-store hour compliance bonus (paid quarterly).
