Residential Appraiser

Description:

Reynolds Real Estate Appraisals is currently seeking a fully designated residential appraiser in Saskatchewan. This contract position would service Southern Saskatchewan with the head office based out of Regina.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

· Knowledge of NAS, Solidifi, RPS, FNF, and FCT portals and forms.

· Experience with CRAL appraisal software.

· Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

· Valid E&O insurance.

· Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

· Ability to work remotely with your own office setup and equipment.

· Ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high quality work.

· Organization and communication skills to manage your bookings.

· Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel for assignments within our service area.

· Clean criminal record is required.
