Description:
The project, a collaborative endeavor between Professor Goldbach and PhD candidate Tayo Olarewaju, will study the experiences of racialized judges in Canada, examining their unique challenges and systemic barriers.
The successful candidate will be willing to perform a variety of tasks, including statutory and case law research, drafting communication for circulation among judges and lawyers, assisting with Ethics Review, composing survey questions and assisting with data collection. A background in communications or experience conducting surveys is an asset but is not required.
The position is part-time, approximately ten to fifteen hours a week for the duration of the contract.
