Description:
Enhanced Maintenance Solutions Inc., a leading provider of reciprocating and rotating machinery analysis in Alberta, has been serving clients in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, and Manufacturing industries since 2002. Their expertise includes condition monitoring, compressor and engine performance analysis, pulsation and vibration analysis, and federal engine emissions testing (MSAPR).
The Reliability and Emissions Analyst role is based in Lacombe, AB, combining office analysis work with field assignments. The successful candidate will travel to various sites across Western Canada to assess machinery performance, perform vibration and emissions testing, and generate detailed analytical reports.
Conduct machinery assessments on reciprocating and rotating equipment in the field.
Perform engine and compressor performance measurements using vibration and diagnostic tools.
Conduct federal MSAPR engine emissions testing on stationary natural gas engines.
Analyze field data and prepare technical reports and performance assessments.
Troubleshoot machinery issues and provide actionable maintenance and reliability recommendations.
Work both in the office and in the field, ensuring high-quality analysis and documentation.
Hands-on experience with reciprocating and rotating machinery.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with relevant industry testing and analysis tools (Windrock, Resonance Systems, Recip Trap, CSI/AVT, Ecom/Testo).
Professional certifications such as CAT2 and ASET are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
