Our mission? To help people with disabilities achieve financial independence through the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP).

This little-known Canadian program can provide eligible individuals with up to $90,000 in

government grants. Our platform makes it simple and efficient to open an RDSP online with the help of an advisor. Unlike traditional financial institutions, opening an RDSP with Terry

can take just a few minutes. That’s where you come in👇

🌟 Your Role

You’ll be a key point of contact for families who have already expressed interest in our services.No cold calling. No prospecting. No outbound sales.

Your mission: to guide, reassure, inform, and support people with disabilities and their families throughout the process of opening an RDSP.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Connect with people who have requested our support
• Open RDSP accounts while ensuring full compliance with applicable requirements
• Follow up regularly and support each client throughout their journey, from the first conversation to the opening of their RDSP
• Provide a human, clear, reassuring, and personalized client experience
• Collaborate with our internal team to continuously improve our processes and client experience
• Help us bring a fresh perspective to the investment industry

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or financial services
• License for investment funds in Canada is a real plus
• Primary language: English (bilingual in French is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client files with rigor and efficiency
• A genuine desire to help people with disabilities and make a meaningful difference
• No degree required: what matters most to us are your values, empathy, and commitment
