Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and be responsible for managing AirSprint’s Quality Assurance Program (QAP). You’ll help ensure our fleet is maintained to the highest mechanical standards, supporting our commitment to safety, reliability, and efficiency.

In this role you will:

 

  • Manage the Quality Assurance Program (QAP) in accordance with the Maintenance Control Manual (MCM), Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM), and applicable Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and surveillance activities across maintenance and operational functions.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document audit results, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Report QA activities and results to the Director of Maintenance (DOM), Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM), and senior leadership as required.
  • Liaise with Transport Canada on matters related to the QAP.
  • Support and interface with the Safety Management System (SMS) as required.
  • Maintain QA records and ensure proper documentation and retention.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the DOM.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Transport Canada M2 AME license.
  • Six (6) years’ experience working within CAR 604,704, and/or 573 environments.
  • Working knowledge of CARS and associated standards
  • Experience with quality assurance, auditing or compliance oversight.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Valid passport.
  • Proficiency in using computers including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
