Property Administrator

 

Description:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing client relations and providing excellent service to all owners and tenants. Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude to everything you do.

 

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within real estate
  • Graduate of a recognized business school
  • Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented and resourceful
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Nurture relationships with tenants and internal property management team through strong communication and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Yardi Systems
  • Experience with contracts and lease agreements
