Production Team Leader

Description:

Streamline Finishing is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to strengthen our production team.

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to coordinate our existing team as we expand our production services.

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the leading a small group, to achieve day-to-day production goals within the warehouse.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Provide direct supervision reviewing the daily scope of work and determining productivity requirements to meet the overall objectives.

- Enforce safety rules on their team members

- Conduct regular performance reviews on team members

- Inspect work done by team members to ensure that they meet company standards of good quality

- Supervise and routinely check all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely manner

- Coordinate the usage and maintenance of equipment with management

- Ensure all surfaces are ready for staining

- Maintain and clean equipment and work area
