  • Act as the central hub of information, sharing essential production details with crew and internal teams

  • Oversee studio setup ahead of shoot days, including areas such as green rooms, production offices, hair and makeup stations, and wardrobe zones

  • Be the primary point of contact on set, managing day-of logistics, resolving issues, and supporting the execution of shoot plans

  • Liaise with CBC security and audience teams to manage and streamline audience flow during live tapings

🎤 Talent & Guest Logistics

  • Manage all paperwork and documentation for participating families and contestants, ensuring timely completion and submission of contracts, per diems, and remittance forms

  • Coordinate meal and catering logistics, collecting orders from cast, crew, and families, and confirming fulfillment with the catering provider on production days

📅 Schedule & Work Conditions

  • Full-time contract position

  • June 22 to September 12, 2025

  • Five days per week: 3 days on set (weekend availability required) and 2 days in-office at CBC

  • Must be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is noted as a beneficial skill (though not essential)

  • Previous production experience in television is strongly preferred
