We are seeking a Senior Director of Investment & Activation to lead our digital practice. In this role, you will be the architect of channel solutions that deliver powerful business results, build lasting client relationships, and win approval for forward-thinking media strategies. What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across multiple channels and accounts, ensuring tight alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Champion innovation by staying ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and creative media opportunities to maximize campaign impact.
- Lead advanced publisher negotiations and partnership strategies in collaboration with the SVP, Digital Innovation.
Client & Team Leadership
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Associate Directors, Supervisors, and Buyers, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with Planning teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign strategies and execution from start to finish.
Performance & Excellence
- Oversee digital campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded through rigorous, data-driven insights.
- Spearhead process improvements, advocating for the adoption of best-in-class media activation and measurement tools.
- Play a pivotal role in new business development, from participating in pitches to crafting innovative solutions for prospective clients.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media execution or a related strategic role.
- A proven track record of managing large-scale, ROI-driven campaigns for top-tier brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Expertise
- Deep expertise in the full digital channel mix, including Programmatic, Search, Social, and Mobile. Emphasis on search is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and hands-on experience with performance media measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a fluent understanding of media concepts like ROI, reach, and frequency.
