As a Product Designer at Final, you will be responsible for designing clean, modern, and scalable user interfaces that elevate the user experience while aligning with brand and business goals. You will develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to simplify complex problems and delight users. Your role will also involve contributing to and maintaining a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.

Cross-functional collaboration is key, working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate user and business needs into polished design solutions. You will also conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback to continuously improve designs.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing modern UI design, clear UX thinking, and user-centered design decisions. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch is essential. A good understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles is required, alongside excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Bonus points for familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS), experience with data and analytics to inform design, startup experience, and familiarity with Jira.
